Day 1  Skills/Expertise

  • 5+ years Salesforce Classic and Lightning Platforms (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud focused)
  • 20+ years IT industry experience
  • Full management lifecycle expertise: requirements gathering, QA testing, UAT and stakeholder approval, deployment and production support
  • Agile Applications expertise: set up epics, features and user stories in Azure DevOps (ADO), CA Agile (RallyDev), scrum master duties and reporting
  • Defines reasoning for system enhancements and guides on current and future state goal
